Telephone Management System (TMS) Operating Systems (OS) Upgrade
Statement of Work
1.0 OBJECTIVE: The government has a need for one-time services from K&R Custom Software to transition the TMS server to Windows 2019.
2.0 SCOPE: K&R Custom, Inc. developed the K&R Telecommunications Management System (TMS) that is installed at Anniston Army Depot. K&R Custom Software is the only company qualified to install or upgrade and provide support for that software system. K&R TMS software is proprietary to K&R Customer Software, Inc. and all TMS software support is provided by K&R regardless of the acquisition method or contract vehicle.
3.0 CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:
3.1. The contractor shall not proceed with any verbal or written change(s) to the scope of work from sources other than the Contracting Officer, who will provide changes in writing.
3.2. The contractor shall perform on-site services to transition the TMS server to Windows 2019.
3.3. The estimated period of performance shall be 1 Dec 23 – 30 Nov 24.
3.4. The contractor shall provide a trip report and invoice to the Contract Specialist / Contracting Officer Representative (COR) upon completion of the upgrade services.
4.0 GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. The government will provide and back up the TMS server.
4.2. The government will provide server team support to assist with the operating system (OS) installation.
4.3. The government will Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) the server as necessary.
