Access shall be coordinated with the COR to prevent conflicts with site-specific security concerns or special activities.

e. All digging permits issued by the Government will clearly indicate whether the site where digging is being permitted to occur is located in or within close proximity to a SWMU and, if so, the identity of the SWMU and the key contaminants associated therewith.

f. ANAD will be responsible for performing any and all environmental assessments and securing any necessary environmental permits associated with Contractor’s work.

g. In the event that asbestos is discovered on a gas line to be repaired the contractor shall comply with standard industry practices.
