Question #1: Does AAD currently have smart fill devises on each of the 28 tanks that are to be filled?

Answer: Yes we have someone at ANAD that monitors them regularly

Question#4: Does the contractor have to drive to each of the 28 tanks daily to see which one needs filling?

Answer: The SOW has been revised to state 22 tanks in lieu of 28 tanks.

The SOW has also been revised to state " an ANAD representative will contact the contractor awarded the contract by telephone, when needed, to inform them of which tanks should be refilled against CLIN 0002.

Limited Area, where you need an escort?

Answer: Yes, revised SOW states " There are no lighters or flammable making devices allowed in the Ammunition Restricted Area.".

Question # 8: Is there some significance/reason that you separated the CLN

002 fueling tank propane and the CLN 001 heating propane on the SOL?

Answer: Yes we have to keep the cost separate for mobile equipment propane and heating propane.
