Role Player Support
Questions and Answers:
1. Could you extend this one more day so that we can calculate the best price possible?
a. Answer: W9115124R0008 has been extended and now closes on 5
September 2024 at 1000 Central Time.
2. How many role players are needed in total for this event? There are multiple numerical discrepancies throughout the requirement. The line-item sheet located on page 2 of the PWS, is requesting 32 role players to include key personnel. However, we are interpreting around 84 role players (including key personnel) when reading through the remainder of the requirement. Can the government please eliminate conflicting quantities, and provide accurate numbers?

3. The required numbers of role players listed in the three tasks don't seem to align between the CLINs pricing summary, and the various reference Specific Tasks in
Part 5 summaries and paragraphs. Can the government please clarify?
a. Answer:
i. Task One. Provide SDO/DATT Role Player Support on Fort
Cavazos
ii. Task Two. Provide Foreign Security Force (FSF) Role Players in the Roles of Senior Commanders
iii. Task three. Provide FSF Operations Officers and Staff Officers.
4. Are resumes or biographies required in the proposal? If so, for which positions and how many total? The only reference to required resumes/biographies is in the Deliverables Section on page 27 but this does not specify for which positions it is required. Also, there are three mentions of references/biographies in the Deliverables Section, but these refer to paras 1.4,
4.9 and 5.7 in the PWS. Para 1.4 and 4.9 do not mention anything about resumes, and there is no para 5.7. But the 5.7 reference in the Deliverables
