SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The following have been added by full text:

CONTINUATION PAGE

The referenced solicitation is amended to read as follows:

a. Subject solicitation is amended to incorporate questions raised by industry and the responses provided by the Government. See questions and responses below:

Question No. 1 - The attachment where you have the individual CLINS and rates only has the base year. The four option years were not part of the attachment and the base solicitation does not have a breakdown for CLINS rate submission, only totals for the base and option years.

Response: Technical Exhibit D – Schedule contains a separate spreadsheet for the base and each option year at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

Question No. 2 - Addendum to 52.212-1 indicates that that the proposal should be submitted electronically through ASFI. The website for ASFI is down and after e-mailing the service, we received a reply that the system had suffered a catastrophic failure and they could not tell me when it would be back up. The requirement for submission is 2:30PM 15Nov12 and the question would be that if the ASFI is down as of now, can we submit hard copy submission to your office and would that be acceptable. If not, please advise our options and how to properly submit.

Response: In the event that ASFI is not available the Offeror shall contact the contract specialist for authorization prior to submitting their proposal to the Contract Specialist at juan.c.perez8.civ@mail.mil and Cc the Contracting Officer at susheep.oden.civ@mail.mil.

Question No. 3 - On the Proposal Preparation Instruction it indicates that Volume I- General, Volume II- Technical and Volume III- Past performance shall be submitted with one electronic copy each. In the last solicitation we had to put on disks with a specific format. Assuming that we are submitting a hard copy to your office rather than through ASFI what would be the requirement for electronic submission of three volumes.

Response: In the event that ASFI is not available the offeror shall submit the electronic files separately i.e. breakdown the three volumes into three separate e-mails. In addition the Offeror shall contact the Contract Specialist to confirm delivery via separate e-mail.

Question No. 4 - If our warehouse is not presently military-approved, will a letter of intent to the local RSMO office suffice? If so, can you provide the information on that office?

Response: The request shall be sent to the below address:

Central RSMO

PO Box 19225

Topeka, KS 66619

COMML: 1-800-424-6013

FAX: 785-861-4530

Question No. 5 - On fbo.gov, duplicates of previous attachments including the solicitation are appearing. What is that all about?

Response: Access to the Solicitation, Technical Exhibits and Attachments through the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) are not available, the system suffered a catastrophic failure. The Governments course of action was to post the documents on FEDBIZOPPS.GOV. This action created a duplication of the Solicitation and related documents.

b. The closing date and time remain unchanged.
