About this file
This document is an Attachment 001 for an Open Solicitation from the U.S. Army focusing on Areas of Interest (AOI) for aviation training solutions. The Army is seeking innovative industry solutions across three primary aviation training domains: Fixed-Wing Aircraft, Rotary-Wing Aircraft, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). For each domain, the Army aims to enhance military readiness, reduce training timelines, and support long-term national defense objectives through modernized training approaches that leverage emerging technologies.
The solicitation encourages private sector partners to submit Phase I Quad Charts and Solution Briefs addressing these Areas of Interest. Each area seeks comprehensive training solutions that can grow and strengthen warfighter capabilities. Interested vendors should contact the Aviation CSO Team at usarmy.rucker.avncoe.mbx.fsnteam@army.mil for further information. The document is designed to be flexible and open-ended, with the primary goal of identifying and bridging gaps in mission-critical training capabilities through innovative technological and methodological solutions.
