About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation W90VN925R0006, issued by the 411th Contracting Support Brigade in Korea. The amendment makes two key changes: (1) It answers a question about green fencing at the site, clarifying that the fence will be removed by DPW before construction begins and requires no changes to the Statement of Work, and (2) It revises the proposal submission requirements by removing the option to submit through the PIEE website and now requiring all offers to be submitted via email to chonghyon.kwon.ln@army.mil.
The amendment maintains the original requirement for offerors to provide a detailed pricing/technical approach proposal that breaks down materials (both local and U.S. origin), labor (by category and man-days), transportation and equipment (with descriptions and quantities), and other critical resources. Offerors must submit one original offer breakdown with price and one copy without price. The amendment emphasizes that proposals must include all contractor costs including mobilization, demobilization, overhead, profit, insurance, design fees, and environmental compliance, with Korean taxes to be excluded from the overall price.
