- Point 7.4 Attachment 1: CLIN Structure

Could you please kindly advise about CLH HAZMAT Flatbed with driver, CLH Lowboy with driver?

The CLH HAZMAT Drivers and forklift crew must be certified/trained to move HAZMAT materials. Specifically, ammunition and SI equipment.

- Point 7.4 Attachment 1: CLIN Structure

QTY (by truck/ #of trailers), does it mean we provide the quantity of MHE based on quantity of truck or trailers?

Example, CLIN 0001. 20K Forklift with driver -> the quantity for forklift depends on the number of truck or trailers.

Do I understand correctly?

All 20K forklifts are only needed to load containers (20ft & tricons). If it states only 1 ea in PWS row, then only one is needed at said location/job. HAZMAT specific forklifts must be certified or at least understand they are loading ammunition or SI containers.

- On the UDL file, #14, 75, 86, 87, 88 and 89. On the requirements table it mentioned day 1.

Could you please kindly explain the meaning of it?

DAY 1 items are the ammo and SI containers that must move to their specific locations immediately after the vessel downloads. To my understanding the ammo and SI containers leave first on the 12JUL and everything else must wait to move until the 14JUL to go through customs.

- On the UDL file, there is not the route and the date per item. Is it possible to get the information of it?

The route and the dates are specifically shown on the PWS CLIN table. The UDL file is only to show the requirements of equipment (dimensions) to better understand what MHE/Linehaul support is needed for the vendors.

Point 7.4 Attachment 1: CLIN Structure CLIN 0006 CHL Flatbed with driver, 14-15 Jul, quantity 19 EA Question: Is that mean we provide 19 EA flatbed daily?

We need 19 total flatbeds to move all equipment needed to go to LSA (IPOH). IF the vendor can supply all 19 for one day trip, great! However, based on my analysis I see it taking at least two days, 14-15JUL, due to the distance of travel and the room at the port.
