About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) for Facility Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) Program Engineering Support Services. The Government is seeking industry feedback on a draft Statement of Work for these architect-engineering services to support the USAF FSRM program in the Pacific Command (PACOM) area of responsibility. The primary intent is to bridge capability gaps in the PACAF FSRM program created by theater complexity, workforce continuity issues, and engineering personnel shortfalls. Key details include: an anticipated firm-fixed price contract with a 30-month period of performance, a projected award date around May 2025, and a requested NAICS code of 541300 - Architectural, Engineering, and Related Services. The Government is requesting responses to specific questions regarding the SOW, the offerors' capabilities and experience, SOFA compliance procedures, and similar contracts performed. Responses are due by 10:00 AM HST on July 2, 2024.
