About this file
This document is an Industry Day agenda and announcement for the ACT (Advanced Combined Training) contract opportunity at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, scheduled for February 24–26, 2026.
The event aims to improve industry understanding of government requirements by allowing potential offerors to assess the opportunity against their capabilities, enhance the government's ability to obtain quality services, and increase efficiency in proposal preparation and evaluation. The industry day will address the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), provide an overview of TADSS (Training Ammunition Demand Support System) maintenance requirements, and address industry questions and feedback. Day 1 includes a comprehensive briefing on the ACT contract, facility tours, and orientation of TADSS systems including the IMTS Dome, CFFT, C-RAM, MLRS OMT, and FSCATT facilities at various on-base locations throughout the day beginning at 0800 CST. Days 2 and 3 provide one-on-one conference room sessions for additional clarifications regarding ACT requirements. One-on-one discussions are strictly limited to clarifying requirements and assisting contractors with understanding, and explicitly prohibit discussions that would provide competitive advantage to any single contractor. All questions must be submitted in writing to Ruth Torres at ruth.e.torres10.civ@army.mil by 1630 EST on February 19, 2026. Fort Sill access requirements are available at https://sill-www.army.mil/vcc/. A block of time is reserved for Global Operations Learning Requirements discussions related to Germany and CONUS requirements.
