About this file
This document is a Questions & Answers file for the PCTE Cyber Range Development Software Application Project. The U.S. Army is seeking an out-of-the-box software solution that can be modified for the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) architecture. Key details include: the government has not yet established a Period of Performance (PoP) or anticipated contract value, and is using this Request for Information (RFI) to explore available solutions, capabilities, and best practices. PCTE already has an Authority to Operate (ATO), and new hardware or software will be added to the approved ATO. The government has previously awarded prototype agreements through Cyber Innovation Challenges involving Cyber Range Development Software, but currently has no production system in place. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses that can include existing, developmental, combination, or other solutions they believe may assist the government.
