9Page LimitsClarifying what sections are not included in page countsL.3.c. specifies the Past Performance topics that are excluded from the page count. There are no instructions for proposal cover page or table of contents counting toward page counts. 13NAICSNAICS 333310Can the Government confirm that the NAICS 333310, which is for Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing is correct, or would you consider releasing under 334419 (Other Electronic Component Manufacturing)?RFP, page 53, Clause 52.204-8NAICS 334419 is limited to the manufacturing of Electric Components. The LTRAC MAC 3 requires broader capability of manufacturing. The tasks within the LTRaC MAC 3 efforts will include the manufacture, production, and assembly of systems to be fielded for the Army and other Military Services. Additionally, NAICS code 33310 was chosen due to the integration effort to make the whole system work together. The Government has determined that NAICS 334419 is not appropriate to the work related to systems integration design, development, production, integration, testing, and fielding work that will be required to support the LTRaC MAC 3. The LTRaC MAC 3 include requirements for tech refreshes which critical part is the integration of hardware/software with the systems currently in place.
