Technical Evaluation Criteria Overview This document outlines the general work flow for demonstrating a Call for Fire training device is technically suitable in accordance with SOW for the Republic of Kenya, dated 31 May 2017. It is also intended to serve as the data collection form for the demonstration. Suggested times are noted to indicate the maximum time the Government considers reasonable for the demonstration. Total execution time should be less than 6 hours from the start of the first activity until the last activity is completed. This time does not include any breaks that would be reasonable.

The only test equipment the Government will bring to the demonstration is a stopwatch (or equivalent). Pass criteria listed are observable and will be judged by the Government Subject Matter Experts. Any NO indication means that the device as demonstrated did not meet the pass criteria. The contractor may choose to repeat any activity that produces a NO indication. Only one repeat will be allowed.

The product demonstration is a pass/fail test. If the product fails the demonstration, the offer will not be considered.

1.0 Initial Condition

The offeror/s will have two options to select from to perform the system demonstration to the Government:

Option 1:

The offeror/s can select a location within 10 miles of PEO STRI to conducted the demonstration.

Option 2:

The offeror/s can elect to conduct the demonstration at the Partnership II Building, 3100 Technology Parkway, Orlando, Fl 32826, Conference Room 427, however only 110 power will be available.

Regradless of which option is selected, the product demonstration will occur between 9am and 5pm during 7-11 August 2017. Offerors are expected to request a single day from this period for their product demonstration by 4 August 2017. Option 1 or 2 must also be selected by 4 August 2017. Only a single offeror can execute a demonstration per day, and availability will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Offeror/s should make the request via email to the Contract Specialist, with copy furnished to the Contracting Officer/s. The system must be in the demonstration room/conference room ready for the demontration to start at 9am promptly.
