Measurement of plasma/serum 25 analyte cytokine panel in up to 250 samples per year by multiplex assay using the Luminex 200 system. Measurement of plasma/serum acyl ghrelin in up to 500 samples per year by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Measurement of plasma/serum albumin in up to 500 samples per year by timed-endpoint method using the Beckman Coulter DXC 600 system. Measurement of plasma/serum amino acids in up to 500 samples per year by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Measurement of plasma/serum dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S) in up to 500 samples per year by immunoassay using the Siemens Immulite 2000 system.Measurement of plasma/serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) in up to 500 samples per year by immunoassay on a Siemens Immulite® 2000. Measurement of plasma/serum 6,6-D-glucose in up to 2000 samples per year by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS).

Measurement of saliva dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S) in up to 500 samples per year by ELISA.
