In section 7.7 on page 1, the RFQ states, “Offerors responding to this combined synopsis/solicitation shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification – Commercial items with its quote. “However, on page 10, it states, “The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual presentations and certification electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) accessed through www.sam.gov. Given these two statements, would you like for the offeror to fill out the representations and certifications in response to this RFP, or will our updated SAM registration suffice?

For example, do you expect the vendor to provide these support via direct FileMaker Priority Support with only one person to call FileMaker directly, or do you expect the vendor to be a Claris Platinum Partner and provide direct support (https://www.claris.com/partners/find-a-partner/)? From the FileMaker website, FileMaker Priority Support: “Priority Support answers questions regarding the usage of FileMaker feature as calculation functions, script steps, custom functions, custom menus, Developer utilities.
