1 Solicitation Attachment 6 - Cost Summary Sheet
If the Offeror needs to add subaward indirect cost rates to subcontractor pricing, where can the Offeror include this additional cost in tabs CLIN 0001, CLIN 0002, CLIN 1001, CLIN 2001, and CLIN 3001?
If the Offeror wishes to propose indirect rates that are not included on the spreadsheet, the spreadsheet can be modified as consistent with the Offeror’s established accounting practices.
n/a
2 Solicitation Attachment 6 - Cost Summary Sheet
In the Travel/ODCs tabs CLIN 0003, CLIN 1002, CLIN 2002, and CLIN 3002, the Government asks the Offerors to provide the detailed cost breakdown for travel.
However, the Government has already provided the travel plug numbers in Amendment 0002. Should the Offeror just include the plug number in the total travel cost cell in each Travel/ODCs CLIN tab (Row 26)?
The plug numbers for travel have been added to Attachment 6. Detailed cost breakdown for travel is not necessary.
Attachment 6 - Cost Summary Sheet is revised.
3 Solicitation Attachment 6 - Cost Summary Sheet
If the Offeror wants to propose other ODC items (i.e., relocation costs) rather than Government Furnished Contractor Acquired Property and Materials, would the Government allow the Offeror to add an additional table at the bottom of the Travel/ODCs tabs CLIN 0003, CLIN 1002, CLIN 2002, and CLIN 3002?
Yes n/a
4 Solicitation Attachment 6 - Cost Summary Sheet
Would the Government clarify if the travel plug numbers are the “Not to Exceed Amounts”? If not, can the Offeror add General and Administrative (G&A) charges to the travel plug numbers?
No - plug numbers for travel are estimates.
Offerors should apply their indirect rates as consistent with their established accounting practices.
