About this file
This document is an Answer to Questions from Industry for a solicitation involving a Muscle Compartment Manometer. The government clarified two key points in response to industry inquiries: (1) there are no preferred brand name requirements, and quotes will be evaluated based solely on the Statement of Need, and (2) they are specifically seeking a device that measures pressure distribution between the foot and the shoe, not a non-invasive vital signs monitor as initially suggested by an industry representative.
