About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for providing non-personal maintenance and repair services for the government-owned Hologic 3D Mammography System and components at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) in Tacoma, Washington. The PWS outlines the contractor's responsibilities, which include providing OEM-certified technicians to perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair services to ensure the equipment operates efficiently and per OEM specifications. The contractor must have access to all required OEM tools, manuals, and proprietary knowledge to perform the services. The PWS also contains administrative requirements, quality management procedures, and lists the applicable technical orders, specifications, and regulations.
The related federal contract opportunity is a sole-source intent to award a firm-fixed price contract to Hologic, Inc. for these maintenance and repair services. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific is conducting market research and will consider capabilities submissions from other interested parties demonstrating their ability to meet the PWS requirements by August 12, 2024. A competitive procurement may be conducted based on the responses received.
