Questions from industry as of 12-6-2017:
Q1. Is the position covered by the Service Contract Act? If yes, please provide the relevant Wage Determination and crosswalk to the applicable position.
A1. This position is not covered by the Service Contract Act.
Q2. Is there an existing contract or is this a new requirement? If existing, who is the current incumbent and what is the current contract value?
A2. This is a follow-on requirement. There is an incumbent contractor, Global Consulting International, LLC. performing services under Task Order W81K02-17-F-0015 (incorrectly stated in the synopsis as W81K02-17-T-0015) off GSA schedule V797D-40073.
Q3. Section 1.4.2 indicates that the CP is authorized a total of 120 hours of absence during a contract period. Since the CLIN provides for 1,920 hours, are 40 hours of leave billable or should the total hours reflect 1,880?
A3. Although up to 120 hours of absences are authorized, the Government only pays for services rendered. Scheduled and unscheduled absences are not billable.
