SUMMARY OF CHANGES

(End of Summary of Changes)

The following items are applicable to this modification:

This amendment is hereby issued to provide answers to the following questions:

Q1. Could you confirm if the contractor (courier) is providing the temperature-controlled coolers during the transporting of the specimens and pharmaceuticals?

A1. Yes, in accordance with Performance Work Statement paragraph 5.1.4.1, the Contractor shall provide temperature-controlled coolers during the transporting of the specimens and pharmaceuticals.

Q2. If contractor (courier) is not responsible for providing coolers, will the empty temperature-controlled containers be returned, if so - same day or next day?

A2. In accordance with Performance Work Statement paragraph 5.1.4.1, the Contractor shall provide temperature-controlled coolers. Whether the empty temperature-controlled coolers will be returned or not is dependent on how the Contractor performs the services. If the Contractor performs the services with multiple temperature-controlled containers, the Contractor will leave the empty container with the lab and/or pharmacy and pick up another container with lap specimens and/or pharmaceuticals. The Contractor will do the same at their next visit. (They will be switching an empty container with the one filled with lab specimen(s) and pharmaceutical(s).) If the Contractor performs the services with one temperature-controlled cooler for each area, the empty temperature-controlled cooler should be returned. Please note that the USGovernment will not be responsible for sending or returning the temperature-controlled cooler to the Contractor. The Contractor shall visit the MTF and pick up the empty coolers.

Q3. Is the estimated 123 shipments per year in the solicitation a historical data from the prior contract?

A3. The estimated shipment for all areas except for Suwon is from historical data. However, the estimated shipment for Suwon is what the US Government foresees as future requirement.

Q4. How many shipments is estimated per month per location (to/from) for the year?

A4. The estimated shipments is 20 per month, including to and from, for all areas except for Osan AB. For Osan

AB, the estimated shipments is 12 month per month.
