About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for laboratory and radiology services and the related federal contract opportunity. The amendment revises the Performance Work Statement and answers industry questions. Services required under the one-year base contract with four one-year options include phlebotomy, specified laboratory tests, chest x-rays to be read offsite, and radiology accreditation. The amendment provides a spreadsheet of estimated annual laboratory test volumes and turnaround time requirements. The opportunity is for Reynolds Army Health Clinic to support the U.S. Army Occupational Health Clinic at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in Oklahoma.
