About this file

This memorandum documents a sole source justification for a non-personal services contract. The U.S. Army Medical Command requires emergency repair and annual preventive maintenance for Provation EndoPro software installed at Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Provation Software Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and sole authorized provider of maintenance and support for its proprietary EndoPro software. The period of performance is 21 December 2023 through 20 December 2024 for a total expected value of $25,000. The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice from the Department of the Army Medical Command for repair and maintenance of the Endo Pro Software. Market research found Provation Software Inc. to be the only source capable of servicing the required software due to its proprietary rights.
