5.3.2 All Testing Sites:

5.3.2.1. The workload listed in Appendix 1 is an estimate based on projected patient workload. Actual workload may vary. The workload numbers represent the maximum reportable results that can be billed for each test.

5.3.2.2. The workload listed in Appendix 1 is an estimate. Based on the onboard stability timeframe, number of calibrations required, and frequency of QC the workload numbers quoted may not meet the requirement for patient testing as workload numbers do not account for onboard stability time of reagents, tests required for quality control, or tests required for calibrations. The Contractor shall discuss this and account for this additional workload not projected by WBAMC to add into the contract inventory allotments for each kit in Appendix 1, in the firm, fixed-priced agreement, and final contract.

5.3.2.2. The actual workload may fluctuate from the first year of the contract due to changes in the distribution of patient care. In addition, workload may expand in subsequent option years due to fluctuations in patient volume, and with the inclusion of other locations within the Central Regional Medical Command.
