The purpose of this pricing table is to establish fixed price CLINS for each ordering periods. For each of the CDRL CLINS listed, the cost will be Not Separately Priced (NSP) as these costs should be included in the CLINS above.

The actual number of aircraft delivered within an ordering period is unknown and dependent on World Events. For purposes of establishing pricing across the ordering periods and establishing the contract value, it is the Government's intent to have three overhauls in Base Period 1, one overhaul, one service life extension, and one heavy repair assessment in Ordering Period 1, three overhauls in Ordering Period 1, and one overhaul in Ordering Period 3.

The Over and Above CLIN, when required, will require a proposal from the contractor and acceptance from the Government and the agreed to fixed price will be added to the appropriate CLIN. For evaluation purpose the amount of $750,000 will be used and does not guarantee that amount.
