About this file

This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List and related federal contract opportunity solicitation. The Contract Data Requirements List outlines requirements for the contractor to submit plans for overhauling, repairing, upgrading, modifying, or recapitalizing cylinder assembly actuators. The contractor must submit any revised plans affecting critical characteristics to the government within 30 days of a change for review and approval. The first submission of plans will be used by the government for informational purposes only.

The related federal contract opportunity solicitation seeks proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to inspect and overhaul or upgrade cylinder assembly actuators over five years. The estimated quantity range is 60 to 2100 units, including 350 for Foreign Military Sales. The contractor must accomplish the work in accordance with specifications and drawings. The closing date is estimated for August 2019 and award will be contingent upon funding. This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation as the sole source.
