Government Response: Access to DLA EMALL or FedMall is not authorized.

c. Industry Question: Ref Document W58RGZ-17-R-0137 page 11 of 54 states: Contractor shall deliver report within 5 working days of reciept of repairables" )a Form 1348-1A). Page 30 of 53 Section G-3 states "one copy sent......, within 10 working days after receipt. Which response is notification period is correct.

Government Response: Five working days is preferred.

d. Industry Question: Ref document W58RGZ-17-R-0137, there seems to be some differences as to the number of Form 1348's to be submitted. Some documentation indicates one Form 1348 is due per shock absorber unit, while other sections of the same document tend to indicated one Form 1348 is due per shipment or per quantity of shock absorbers received concurrently.

Which is preferred or required.

Government Response: One per shipment. Reference paragraph N-2 of the statement of work on page 14 of the solicitation for further instructions on filling out the 1348-1A.

e. Industry Question: The CLIN 0002 section of the RFP is requesting pricing for part number shown as 70205-13101-044, and we believe it should be 70205-13101-044 as it is in the remainder of the RFP, and are following this assumption to price

CLIN 0002?
