Questions Government Response
1. Will you please provide waste stream profile information and associated volumes for each CLIN number? a. Of prime importance is the 10,000,000 pounds per year of industrial wastewater shipped in bulk. (CLIN 117AB – Industrial Wastewater – Bulk Waste)
Per PWS: C3.6.5.3 Bulk Waste, The Government will purchase a minimum of 40,000 pounds for liquid waste and 30,000 for solid waste. Bulk waste includes, but is not limited to hazardous waste, non‐hazardous waste, industrial wastewater, soils, construction materials, asbestos, ash petroleum products, fuels, and oils. Bulk Waste CLIN includes both liquid and solid unless CLIN is broken down in the Schedule of Disposal Services and Supplies. Waste amounts vary from year to year depending on our individual tenants needs, approximate volumes determined by historical data are listed in the Schedule of Disposal Services. There are some years we do not use some CLINs, however, all known possible waste streams are listed in order to have pricing on when this occurs. Waste stream profiles are property of the government and will be provided on an as needed basis after contract award.
Possible volumes for each CLIN number are provided on Attachment 3 ‐ Schedule of Disposal Services and Supplies (Appendix K) of this RFP.
2. Will you please allow us an extension to the due date? We are asking for Nov 30th or 3 weeks upon delivery of the profile and volume information, whichever is later.

Are these to be priced under the ‘equipment and supplies’ section of the pricing document? And if so, can we add rows to cover all the items listed or are we expected to provide a lump sum to cover any combination of scenarios?
There is no pricing for equipment and supplies ‐ there will be a lump sum put on this CLIN of the contract annually by the COR. All equipment and supply orders must be approved by the COR prior to contractor ordering to assure there is enough funding and that the equipment and supplies are approved by the government. Per PWS C.3.5.1, All supplies provided, or services performed can be marked up by, no more than 15%, to reimburse the prime contractor for their effort and to compensate for administrative burden and capital costs.
