SUMMARY OF CHANGES
SECTION SF 1449 - CONTINUATION SHEET
The following have been added by full text:
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1- Is the government looking for two (2) full time personnel to satisfy these requirements?
R- Yes. One person for customs broker and one person for immigrations consultant
2-Reference: 52.212-2 Addendum, Basis for award, Factor 2: Price, Unbalanced Pricing: It is A2 Federal, Inc’s standard practice to not cost Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR). Would the Government consider this practice of not pricing the CMR unbalanced pricing?
R- Sir, CMR doesn’t have nothing to do with unbalancing pricing. By law I have to incorporate a CLIN for CMR. In the solicitation. And it is your choice to price it or not.
3- Will contractors be allowed to propose other qualified candidates after contract award if the proposed candidate is unavailable?
R- Yes
4- Does the government require the contractor to submit the QCP as part of its proposal or post award?
R- The QCP must be returned with the proposal, to be technically acceptable.
3- Hours of Operation: does the government expect the contractor to estimate and include in its quote the number of additional hours, beyond standard workweek of 40-50 hrs. that may be required? Beyond standard workweek Sunday thru Friday from 0900 to 1700, that may be required?
R- No; however this contract is a Firm-Fixed price contract; therefore, the contractor should factor this in as part of the quote. There is no requirement to send an itemized labor estimate.

W56KGZ-16-T-6017

R- NLT 30 OCT 16

R- Yes.
