"Attachment 0014".
TO1 PWS Yes, USG clarifying Attachment 0013.
12 Draft RFP Subfactor A—Task Order 1. Attachment 14 lists OEMs for supported sensor systems. To be technically acceptable, Offerors need to provide proof of an OEM relationship via a Subcontractor/Service Agreement. In conversations with an OEM, they indicated that they are exclusively teamed with another bidder and will not provide any proof documentation to any other Offeror. The same paradigm exists if an
Offeror leverages one of their teammates to leverage proof documentation from the
OEM.
1. In this scenario, recommend clarification on how relationship proof could be provided.
2. Related, can an Offeror self-identify an OEM relationship by documenting past
Purchase Orders/Subcontractor agreements with the OEM?
