SUBJECT: ETI Spectrum Management Maintenance

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-APG (ACC-APG) is requesting a Firm Fixed Price

Quotation for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) ETI Spectrum Management Maintenance.

A requirement exists in support of WIN-T INC1/TNMS for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.

The contract will purchase ETI Spectrum Management Maintenance in the quantity of (144) for

WIN-T INC1 and a quantity of (18) for TNMS. This requirement will consist of one (1) base year with three (3) option years of software support and maintenance. Fiscal Year (FY) 2018

Operation and Maintenance, Army (OMA) funds will be used for this effort. The Government projects award for September 2018.The services described below are for a one (1) year base period of performance starting on or about 1 June 2018. The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 541519. This acquisition will be funded with FY2018 Operations and Maintenance

Funds Army (OMA) based on availability of funds. The solicitation number is

W56JSR18Q0074 and quotations are due within 7 calendar days of this notification, no later than close of business at 16:00 (EDST) on 8/8/2018.

Management Maintenance for the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T)

Any and all applicable discounts applied to the pricing.

Quotes should separately identify any applicable costs associated with meeting the delivery instructions.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS LISTED

ABOVE. If no agreement exists clearly state that in the provided quote.

This document is not a purchase order or contract or a promise to issue an award.

The government reserves the right to issue an award in part or in whole for the items described above. The government is not obligated to make an award for all or any portion of the items described.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder. The evaluation will be based upon the base year and any awarded options. The offeror must also be responsive, and responsible.

52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT

(a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within one (1) year provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least sixty (60) days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.

(b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.

(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed one year.

52.233-2 SERVICE OF PROTEST (SEP 2006)

(a) Protests, as defined in section 33.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, that are filed directly with an agency, and copies of any protests that are filed with the Government

Accountability Office (GAO), shall be served on the Contracting Officer by obtaining written and dated acknowledgment of receipt.

(b) The copy of any protest shall be received in the office designated above within one day of filing a protest with the GAO.
