The modification increases the total contract value by $66,755,751 from $36,854,795.66 to $103,610,546.66.

The contract covers Type I T-9 Dozers (equipped with winch) and Type II T-9 Dozers (equipped with ripper), along with Crew Protection Kits (CPK), Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE), Arctic Kits, and Interim Contractor Logistics Support (ICLS). Range pricing is established based on quantity ordered, with price breaks at 1-8 units, 9-16 units, and 17+ units. The fourth ordering year runs from award date to March 28, 2025, the fifth ordering year from March 29, 2025 to March 28, 2026, and the sixth ordering year from March 29, 2026 to March 28, 2027.
