About this file
This document contains a certification form for proposed subcontractors not registered in the System for Award Management, along with details of a related federal contract opportunity for ship-to-shore container cranes.
The certification form requires any small business subcontractor proposed but not registered in SAM to self-certify its socioeconomic status under the associated NAICS code size standard, including status as a small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or service-disabled veteran-owned small business. The related federal contract opportunity is for the Army to acquire two ship-to-shore container cranes through full and open competition, to be delivered to the Military Ocean Terminal in Concord, California. The cranes must be able to lift various container sizes and service Panamax vessels with thirteen containers abeam.
