The contractor will not be given any government equipment for the fulfillment of this contract. There is never a need for the contractor to access any government computer, database or operating system.
1.2 Background:
The U.S. Army Center of Military History (USACMH) Museum Division’s mission requires that it manage the Army Museum Enterprise (AME), maintain accountability of Army historical property, and serve as the repository of the Army's collection of historical materiel culture. 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014)
(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
Basis of Award: The Government will make a single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract based on price and experience.
Evaluation Factor – Price Factor
The offeror shall submit pricing information in the following format:
1. Submit pricing information to support the proposed prices. All prices shall be proposed in U.S. dollars. All prices as well as any pricing information provided shall be in U.S. Dollars. Offers received in other than U.S. Dollars may be rejected.
2. The offeror shall complete all tabs within Attachment 003, Pricing spreadsheet and submit with their quote.
Offerors shall follow instructions on each tab.
a. Tab 1 – Contract Rates: Offerors are to provide fully burdened rates to include: direct labor rates, labor overhead, material overhead, General and Administrative Expense (G&A) and profit rates for each labor category that will be necessary to perform on “Tab 1 – Contract Rates”. If an award is made to the contractor, these rates will become the Not to Exceed Rates of the contract. “Tab 1

Rather, include the specific individual work directives/ task orders which are considered to be reflective of relevant prior experience.
