About this file

This document is a series of questions and answers from vendors regarding a federal contract opportunity for HVAC, lights, power outlets, and generators at various locations in Barbados. The solicitation number is W569QE-24-Q-0017, and it is being issued by the 410th Contracting Support Brigade. The contract will require the successful contractor to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to support the HVAC, lighting, power outlets, and generators at the specified locations and dates. Key details include:

The requirement is for a total of 59 tents, each 648 square feet, that need to be cooled to 20 degrees Celsius. The contractor shall determine the number of generators required, which must have 110V capacity to support the HVAC systems and lighting. The government will provide fuel for the generators. The contractor must provide 4 power outlets per tent to support charging of personal electronic devices. The contractor is not responsible for providing lighting, as the tents have their own light sets. Responses to the vendor questions provide additional clarification on the scope of work and contracting requirements.
