THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY.
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
This REVISED Sources Sought / RFI is issued solely for information and preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS RFI. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this synopsis or any follow up information request. Solicitations are not available at this time, and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Not responding to this RFI/Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP or RFQ, if any are issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
The Government is seeking capability information from offerors under NAICS 561612 interested in establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide non-personal armed and unarmed Security Guard services at sites within the European Area of Responsibility (AoR) of the U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAEUR-AF), in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractors MAY require a Secret Facility Clearance at certain locations.
Any interested parties should submit their questionnaire responses indicating their interest and capabilities for the performance and requirements stated in the draft performance work statement (PWS). The projected 3-year ordering period is expected to begin 31 Oct 2024.
Interested companies shall include a cover page which includes the following:
Company name, address, and website (if available) CAGE Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Company size and applicable NAICS Point(s) of contact (name, title, phone number, and email address) Responses to the questions below:
o 1. Has your company performed the same or similar services within
USAEUR’s AoR, especially within Kosovo, Poland, Romania, or Bulgaria?
If so, please provide relevant capabilities demonstrating having done so, including the place of performance, dollar value, contract duration, and a brief description of the requirement.
o 2. Does your company have a Secret Facility Clearance?
