If orders have a period of performance of less than 30 days then that month's price will be divided by 30 to determine the daily price for the needed number of days.

EXTENSION OF ORDERING PERIOD and EXTENSION OF ORDER PERFORMANCE PERIOD.

If, during the evaluation process, the Contracting Officer determines that adequate competition no longer exists, then cost or pricing data may be required. Do not complete pricing information on the SF 1449. All pricing shall be submitted via Attachment #1 - Price Matrix.

(9) This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of offeror’s proposal(s) or in making any necessary studies for the preparation thereof, or for any visit the Contracting Officer may request for the purpose of clarification of the proposal or for preparation for negotiations.
