The Contractor shall provide professional qualification training to certify German Local National (LN) students employed by U.S. Army fire stations in Germany up to certification level of Fire Officer I. Place of performance is the IMCOM-Europe Fire fighting Training Center in Ansbach, Germany. The training classes and objectives taught shall meet performance objectives outlined in the applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and operational methods prescribed in the applicable International Fire Service Training Association (IFSTA) manuals, and meet the training and certification requirements established by Department of Defense Instruction DoDI 6055m and the provisions of the Collective Tariff Agreement II (CTAII). Classes shall be developed IAW the methodologies outlined in the most recent edition of IFSTA manual “Fire Service Instructor”. The classes shall prepare students to successfully pass the written and skills tests required in order to receive IFSAC or Pro Board certification.
