# Question Answer Posted on FBO
The Section L chart states “Provide organizational Structure and offeror’s teaming agreements to document teams”. Does the
Government require copies of offeror teaming agreements? If not, recommend this language be changed to read “Provide organizational structure, noting each subcontractor and their role on the offeror’s team”. See Original ACCENT RFP Q&A Combined 1-90, question #3. 10/20/2017
2 Is there an incumbant?
The execution of a BOA with any new offerors resulting from the on-boarding process will not replace any previous BOAs. 10/20/2017
Will companies that intend to prime ACCENT still be able to team with and/or sub to other ACCENT primes? If so, should this be done at the
BOA or Task Order level?
There are no limitations on teaming or subcontracting arrangements. This may be done at the BOA or the Task Order level, based on vendor preference. 10/20/2017
Section L.1.4 states "The offeror shall submit its proposal directly to the
ACC-RI Contracting Office via email with attachment or submission of
CD at araka.e.schroeder.civ@mail.mil < Caution-mailto:araka.e.schroeder.civ@mail.mil > with copy to or via postal address at 3055 Rodman Ave, Bldg 62, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island
IL 61299 Attn: Araka Schroeder" Are we required to copy the email submission to anyone else besides Araka Schroeder? (no name is provided after "with copy to") And are we required to submit a printed copy to ACC-RI, or will our email submission suffice?
This was a typographical error. It will be amended to state "The offeror shall submit its proposal directly to the ACC-RI Contracting Office via email with attachment or submission of CD at araka.e.schroeder.civ@mail.mil with copy to mary.m.robacker.civ@mail.mil or via postal address at 3055 Rodman Ave, Bldg 62, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL 61299 Attn: Araka Schroeder." 10/20/2017

DoD-PA certified team members to their team? Yes. 10/20/2017
If yes to the above question, what is the process, and frequency, for
BOA-awarded Offerors to add DoD-PA certified team members to their team after award of a BOA? See Original ACCENT RFP Q&A Combined 1-90, question #19. 10/20/2017

Anything regarding SLAs or performance metrics will be determined at the Task
