About this file
This is a notice for a Request for Proposal for Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V logistical support services. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island intends to issue RFP W52P1J-16-R-0001 on or about November 6, 2017 on FBO.gov. The NAICS code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $38.5M.
LOGCAP plans and executes contracted support services globally with regional alignment to NORTHCOM, SOUTHCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, CENTCOM, and PACOM. Services include setting the theater, supply operations, transportation, engineering, base camp services, and other logistics and sustainment support. The Army will award a minimum of four and up to six IDIQ contracts for an initial five-year ordering period with options for five additional one-year periods.
A setting the theater requirement will be awarded for each GCC/ASCC as a task order to satisfy the minimum guarantee. These and current known requirements will be awarded as concurrent task orders with the basic IDIQ contracts. Performance task orders will consist of a one-year base with four one-year options. The estimated maximum value is $82 billion for all awards over 10 years. Offerors should access FBO.gov for the RFP and amendments.
