Services Matrix:
1. The Technical Exhibit A.1. Services Matrix provides a summary list of required services by location/site.
2. The Technical Exhibit A.1 is derived by filtering Column G "Workload/H.2." of the “Data Pkg for A.1 and H.2” tab.
The A.1 can be further filtered to obtain a by site by subsequently filtering the "Site Name" column.
3. To produce the A.1. the Offeror will set the filter to "A.1". Those services that are activated, will have an "X" in Column H.
4. The workload can also be further refined by filtering Column H "Activated” by "X".

Tech Exhibit C.1 TECHNICAL EXHIBIT C.1 - Listing of Government Furnished Facilities (GFF).
The Government will furnish or make available facilities as described in Technical Exhibit C.1. All GFF are provided on an "as is" basis. A technical inspection shall be conducted prior to acceptance. If any facility deficiencies are identified, the Contractor shall notify the ACO. No alteration/modification of furnished facilities shall be made without specific written permission from the ACO. The Contractor shall provide the ACO documentation describing in detail the desired alteration/modification.
