About this file

This notice announces the upcoming release of a Request for Proposal for logistics support services under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V contract. The U.S. Army intends to award a minimum of four and up to six Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts for a base period of five years with options for five additional one-year ordering periods. Concurrent with the IDIQ awards, the Army will award task orders for an initial "Setting the Theater" requirement in each of six geographical areas for a one-year base period plus nine one-year options. Additional current known requirements will be awarded as task orders with a one-year base and four one-year options. The program has an estimated maximum value of $82 billion for all awards over ten years. Services will include areas such as supply operations, transportation, engineering, base camp services, and other logistics and sustainment functions globally aligned under six geographical combatant commands. The RFP is expected to be released on November 6, 2017 on FBO.gov.
