Questions and Answers 1 Question 1. Will the Tobyhanna Army Depot provide access to the manuals for the machines listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contractor reference?
Answer 1. We will offer whatever assistance we can with providing information on the machines, but we do expect the contractor to already know or have on hand any information the manual may provide. Question 2. Are consumables such as oils and filters supplied by the Depot?
Answer 2. Consumables such as oils and filters will not be supplied by the depot.
| Question 3. | For machines that utilize coolant, will the Depot provide the coolant? |

| Question 4. | Is coolant disposal the responsibility of the Tobyhanna Army Depot, or will the contractor be expected to handle this? |
| Answer 4. | Coolant disposal will be the responsibility of the depot. |
