About this file

This document is Standard Form 30 Amendment 2 to Solicitation W519TC26QA041, issued by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) on January 22, 2026, for the procurement of electrical parts at Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC).

The amendment serves to post contractor-submitted questions and answers clarifying solicitation requirements. Two key clarifications were provided: (1) confirmation that the QO3100 component is required despite the load center already including one as a main breaker load center, and (2) confirmation that two new breakers identified on drawings (QO110 and QO230) are required items. The underlying solicitation, issued under FAR Parts 12 and 13 as a small business set-aside under NAICS 335999, requires quotes submitted via email to the Contract Specialist (Lynn Baker) by the closing date of January 29, 2026 (extended from the original December 9, 2025 date). Award will be made on a firm fixed-price basis to the lowest evaluated responsive quote. Delivery is FOB Destination Rock Island, Illinois, with receiving hours Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time. A one-year parts and labor warranty is required for all items, and a Certificate of Conformance is required with each delivery. Payment will be processed through the Defense Finance and Accounting System via the Wide Area Workflow system using electronic invoices only. All quotes must remain valid for 90 days from submission.
