About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W519TC25R0026, a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for design-build construction services at Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) ammunition facilities.

The document clarifies that the scope includes design-build construction services with layout, design, equipment specification, process controls, and associated documentation. The government confirms it will use a full and open competition strategy rather than having separate tracks for large and small businesses. The maximum value for task orders requiring bonding is $900 million (subject to change with RFP release), though no minimum task order value has been defined. The scope covers all locations specified in the sources sought notice. The Q&A confirms this will be a design-build effort rather than separate A&E services.
