About this file
This document is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the procurement of various pallet boxes, packaging supplies, and hardware for the Blue Grass Army Depot. The BPA includes a base year and two option years, with orders not to exceed $249,000 per order. The contractor must provide the best pricing available, accept orders from the Contracting Officer or designated Ordering Officers, and deliver products within 4 weeks of order receipt. The government may exercise the option years at its discretion.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Special Notice for establishing Master BPAs for pallet boxes and packaging supplies to meet the Blue Grass Army Depot's requirements on an "As Needed Basis." The NAICS code is 321920 Wood Container and Pallet Manufacturing. The government has already established BPAs with four vendors and is encouraging other capable vendors to submit their capability statements, price lists, and catalogs by August 1, 2024 for potential future BPA awards.
