This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation W519TC-24-R-0011 for Global Protective Services (GPS), issued by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island. The amendment makes several key changes to the solicitation including: revising the deadline for questions to February 3, 2025 at 10:00am Central; removing the IDIQ-level mobilization plan requirement and specifying it will be determined at the task order level; clarifying work sample submission requirements including the need for both redacted and unredacted proposal copies; and updating various attachments including the Performance Work Statement, Section L instructions, Section M evaluation factors, and CDRL matrix.

The amendment also corrects and updates the Section J list of attachments, which now includes 15 total attachments covering items like the Performance Work Statement, instructions to offerors, evaluation factors, ordering guide, self-scoring matrix, weapons qualification standards, and other key documents. All attachments are dated between September 2024 and January 2025 and are to be transmitted via email. The solicitation's proposal due date is not extended by this amendment, and offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment to have their proposals considered for award.
