About this file
This document is a Brand Name Justification Letter for the procurement of Snap-On Printed Circuit Boards for the 141st Air Refueling Wing of the Washington Air National Guard.
The letter justifies the requirement for the Snap-On brand printed circuit boards, which are proprietary and the only boards that will work as replacement parts for the organization's mobile column lifts. Market research indicates there are multiple vendors that can meet the requirement to provide adequate competition. The agency is requesting 3 Snap-On 52-0488 Printed Circuit Boards at a total estimated price. The requirement will be solicited through a Request for Quote (RFQ) under Solicitation Number W50S9D24Q5005, which is a Firm Fixed Price contract for the Snap-On circuit boards. The quote due date is August 23, 2024 and the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the government based on price and technical acceptability.
