2. Are there any other documents or RFP’s for additional services currently at the same location?
a. No, the current solicitation is the only LTS service requirement required at this time.
3. You mention you are open to innovative services. Is a cloud hosted VoIP system acceptable, or do you wish to retain your AVAYA S8710 system?
a. The Utah Air National Guard will retain the current existing AVAYA S8710 system. With regard to innovative service offerings, please see the response to question 1 above.
4. If you retain the AVAYA S8710 will the government maintain and operate? Will all telephone devices connected remain the government responsibility?

7. Does the government have a preference regarding the use of copper or fiber for the PRI?
a. The minimum government requirement is copper. If a vendor chooses to utilize fiber, a T1 output is still required because the PBX is not capable of using a SIP output and therefore need a TDM output. If a vendor elects to bring a SIP line to the base it would have to be broken down at that point to provide a TDM connection.
8. Can the government provide the e-911 addressing data from the PBX?
a. This should not be required, as the T1 lines feed the e-911 directly and all PBX interfacing is done on site through the UT ANG local infrastructure.
