Q&A Part A
Q1: Regarding the key professional staff, is State of West Virginia professional registration (RA, PE) required or will professional registrations from other states be acceptable?
A1: For DOD or Federal design services, the AE can have a professional registration from any state.
Q2: Is WVANG looking for Past Performance references on all relevant contracts/subcontracts our team has performed, or only those submitted under Criteria B in Section F? For firms with a sizable DoD portfolio, this may end up as quite an extensive list. Additionally, is WVANG just looking for names/addresses/phone numbers for our clients, or should we submit CPAR/PPQ documentation for our projects?
A2: Prospective contractors should provide all relevant contracts/subcontracts started or completed within the past six (6) years. It is at the contractor’s discretion to provide CPAR/PPQ documentation within their 330 submission.
Q3: Would WVANG be willing to extend the SF330 response date by at least one week?
A3: The Government does not intend to extend the solicitation response date for this requirement.
