Question and Answer W50S8R24R5007
Q 1: Would you please confirm with the customer the generator rated power? and what is the percentage or power that needs to be maintained?
A 1: Generator is a 100kw or 125 kva, 3 phase. 75% of 100kw needs to be maintained
Q 2: Is it for standby generator? When the standby generator starts working, the customer needs to power on the load bank and the load bank starts to load/unload automatically to maintain a certain power value?
A 2: This is a standby generator for a water lift station. The lift station water pumps are on a float switch and will operate when float switch is activated when the water is at a high level. I would say that the load bank should be on a delay when the generator starts during a power outage. If the pumps are actively running during the initial transfer of load the load bank will not be needed until the pumps shut off
Q 3: Or the generator is running 365*24*7 without stopping?
A 3: The generator will only be running when there is a power outage or during maintenance operations conducted monthly.
